Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doc how long we need to take iron and calcium tablet after delivery.i am 2 months post my delivery.

It’s been 13 days on my period it’s getting heavier and heavier. I’m 18 years old is this bad.

Can you tell the name of any anitfungal cream or tablet that work except from flunczole

1st pill took on 30.09.2017 and next 4 put vaginally on 3.10.2017, ultrasound on 12.10.2017 shows that Endometrium cavoty is distended 7mm and shows echogenic contents with minimal internal vascularity suggestive of blood clot and RPOC measuring 16*7.6*9.9mm, no evidence of intrs extra uterine gestational sac seen. I request you to suggest the best and safest way to solve this problem.

UTERER - are not dilated UTERUS- is anteverted and measures 76mm×34mm×26mm. Myometrial ecopattern is homogenus.. Endometrial thicknesss (7.6mm) is normal. ADNEXAE- right ovary is mildly bulky and contains a cyst (measures 45mm×31mm×17mm and 13cc volume) with low level internal echoes. Left ovary is in normal size (29mm×20mm). IMPRESSION- Bulky right ovary with hemorrjagic cyst. ITS MY GF's REPORT....WHAT IS A HEMORRAGIC CYST...IF THERES A CURE? WHAT ARE THE VOMPLICATIONS?

Been to dr twice regarding this matter have a thick yellow discharge constly running out of me alot have to wear a pad all tbe time had urine sample taken tested negative for stds had swap taken nothing found was treated for yeast infection and bacteria vaginous howevrr took meds discharge went away but 2weeks later would return

Am abhilasha, 26 years women, 3 months ago had natural abortion and all my periods are normal. But this month my period was on 15th but from a week had stomach pain and got period today with blood clots and my period blood is thick. Is it normal

I went for USG, and I have been detected PCOS. Right ovary:23 cc and left ovary: 25cc. My periods were irregular from long time. Doctor told me that there is no cure to PCOS but with healthy weight and diet I can lead a normal life. Does PCOS means infertility.
