Burning sensation in private part

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been having burning sensastion in my private part. It stays the whole day and is happening for the past 2 days. White thick discharge is there and lately brownish discharge seen in my panty. I suspect a yeast infection but I'm not sure since this has never happened before. Please help.
