Believe abscess on vulva
I have a very uncomfortable and painful lump on one side of my vulva. I have previously been able to drain some of the pus on my own but it has gotten worse. Will it disperse on it's own if I leave it alone, and if not, should I visit a gynecologist, a dermatologist, or just my GP?

Dear doctor,
Today at night I went to pee. I felt a burning sensation at the end of peeing. After that ,after every 2-3mins I feel like going to the toilet and pee.I went a number of times to the toilet but only 2-3 droplets of urine came out.
