I have been having irregular periods. I had consulted a gynaecologist a year back in my hometown. She had given some pills and suggested I lose some weight. After shifting I missed a period again. Over the call my gyanec suggested I have a gynaset by mankind. This worked. Even after shedding a few kilos I am still facing the problem and switch to gynaset everytime I miss my periods and has been working.

Hi, my cycle length generally 31days. How many days should I take contraceptive pills.? Day 3 to day 23. Due to lot of travel and food change my cycle extended to 34days last month. Should I wait for the next cycle and determine the length.? This is my first time taking the pills. Thanks in advance for the help.
