Pregnancy and Infertility

I am facing irregular periods from past one year and from mid September to till date some or the other day I can see spotting and spotting is not in red color it's dark some time it's black also.

My sister is 5 weeks pregnent now . she is getting stomuch pain continuousely so her consultant doctor prescribed this injection. is it safe?

I got my 1st mensus when I was in 6th class, now I am 19.Since then I never had regular periods but irregular periods in 2 or 3 months.I never got it to any doctor.But last year near about Oct/Nov I got periods for nearly 20 to 25 days with spottings,bad discharges.Then I consulted a doctor and got to know that I am having PCOS.But due to its medicines I got lining in my stomach which resulted in severe and continuous vomitting for 3 to 4 months and then medicines was stopped. Now no medicine.

My wife pinky is pregnent.she has bleeding since 2 week of pregnency till date that is up to 15 weeks.visited many doctor and done many ultra sound.Chroinic hamatoma is seen.please advice

I'm getting married 23rd of November so I want my periods to prepond so that I could follow the rituals my period date is between 22-25 so I need help.
