Hi, I've had pink and extremely dark brown discharge at the time my period is due, extreme bloating, dark brown and light brown stool, floating particles in my pee and also constant symptoms of a UTI but isn't one, mainly having to urinate constantly but nothing coming out while travelling and really need help or advice

I have open sores that have came up within the past couple of days. They started coming up after I tore a little bit of my perinail. I've been having excess milky white discharge. Hello. My most recent period came after a week of intense PMS and only lasted for 2 days with very little flow. My period usually comes on time and the 2nd day I experience a bit heavy flow. On the 3rd and 4th day I have a light flow and then till the 7th day I experience spotting. But this time my period was entirely different as I mentioned before; so I am worried. I am not sure why my most recent period has been this way and would like to consult a gynaecologist.
