I had fallen from stairs leading to hymen tear, just before my ovulation day it has been already two weeks still no period

I had a medical abortion using pregnot kit, firstly had taken mifepristone on 1st November on 3pm then after 24 hrs i took 2 misoprostol tablet after which i had heavy bleeding with lumps in them for about 5-6 hrs after that now im having regular bleeding . Do i need to take anything else to clean the uterus completely? If i do not take anything will it cause any kind of infection?

There is formation of a small cyst in one labia minor part which is causing discomfort, slight pain and irritation. Cyst is slightly reddish in color.
