I am having irregular periodsm

My Doctor has diagnosed me with PCOD. The right ovary measures 2.6*2.4*2.2 cm. (Volume=7.4cc) and Left ovary measures 2.9*2.5*1.7.cm. My age is 39. 12 weeks 5 days gestation. Before ultrasound risk for trisomy 21 is 1 in 117 and post ultrasound risk for trisomy 21 is 1 in 688. Is this normal ??

Took Meprate but no periods yet

Doc advised me to take meperate took 5 days one per day after dat till 8-10days no periods again I took 6 tablets twice a day for 3days now it’s almost 4days gone I have no symptoms for periods nly some white discharge came that’s it. What I do now kindly suggest :(
