Pregnancy and Infertility

I was having irregular and improper periods since 1.5 years. My normal period has started since last 3 months after medication. I am confused over one thing that it is said to avoid caffeine usage during periods. So am I supposed to avoid tea during menses in order to keep having normal cycle? A cup of tea gives me relaxation in periods while I am in office.

I m 36years old and I have dermoid cyst 7.5 *7.0*6.5cm in my left ovary. Is medication helpful to recover from this illness????
