I was recently diagnosed with herpes and I thought it was going away, about a week ago the blister became an ulcer and about 3 days ago it stopped hurting to urinate and the ulcer was less sore. I've had a look at it today to see if it is nearly gone and the lesion is smaller, however it has gone white again. Is it likely that it is now scabbing as it is in a moist area and could be appearing white? Or is the herpes coming back again? I took 7 days of acyclovir from last monday(27th - 4th)
