I've noticed these pimple-like bumps about 2 inches from my anus that are painless and not itchy, and cause no discomfort at all. They have been there for about 3 weeks. What do you think this could be?

Have taken mifepristone at 8 pm on 30nov then on 2 nov have taken 2 pills of misoprostal at 6 am then bleeding started and some clots was there and then took 2 pillsof misoprostal at 8 pm bleeding was there but no clots and then bleeding was very less and then suddenly bleeding started and it has not stopped till 8dec.how long it bleed and abortion

I just had a little mucus jelly like translucent discharge suddenly this morning and then little while passing stool. What could it be? Whom should I go to get it checked?
