Pregnancy and Infertility

I’ve been having really bad period cramps. They first got this bad about 6-7 months ago and ever since then I have had bad cramps every month. I try taking ibuprofen but I feel like it usually doesn’t help at all. I’m worried something is wrong...but it’s hard to know. I have really intense pain with bowel movements and gas on my period, and also have random cramping throughout the month.

Can u suggest a clinic for the same.. I consulted a gyno first but she cudnt help me with this. How serious is it?

I have a mildly bulky uterus with no fibroids. Is removal of uterus is only the solution?

I was suffering from irregular periods for hormone imbalance. Now my periods started from 17th Oct and still continuing with Lower abdominal pain. Dr. Suggested for Regestrone 5mgx3 together from 18.12.2017 for 21 days and also Yasmin from 5th day of next cycle. But still bleeding not stopped. Condition improved. If bleeding continues after 21 days, how can I determine the next cycle?
