Mam my follicle size is 24.9mm on day 11 doctor said it may be cyst and advice to take hcg 10000 injection. Will it rapture or not is it normal

Hi dr. I didnt get my periods regular. From last year. Before one i get period after three month. From then its already 4 month gone but i dint get my periods. I m so worried. Here dr. My last period started on 4th Dec 2017. For a 27 to 28 day cycle, my next periods were due on 31 Dec.
