I took deviry 10 mg bcoz I missed my periods for 1 month can it be helpful to get back my periods...

Sir i am 45 years old and having problem at uterus It measure approximately91.4x56.7x64.4mm. a well defined hypoechoic mass lesion measuring 44.0x38.7mm is seen in the poisterior wall of uterus.The endometrium is normal in thickness.no collection is noted in the endometrial cavity. and my finally result is Bulky uterus with posterior wall myoma.
