Polycystic ovaries irregular periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I was diagnosed 4 months back my right ovary size was 41*21MM and my left ovary size was 37*18MM . At that time I took medication for 1 month and my periods came 2months and now again my periods are irregular this is 3rd month entering sometimes I feel pain in my abdomen is there any problem again can I conceive?
