I'm on a progesterone implant and have been prescribed xulane to regulate my period again. I need to know if using both at the same time will effect it's use as a contraceptive.

Hi! Two weeks ago I started having a breakthrough bleed due to me jumping over my 7 day pill break from my birth control for 2-3 months! After a week of breakthrough bleeding I decided to take my 7 days break from the birth control - I’m supposed to take the pill again today, but I’m still bleeding a bit! Should I wait with taking it or not?
