Next Steps
Surgery is indicated
simple Hysterectomy with bilateral removal of ovaries and fallopian tubes -if ovarian cyst comes out to be normal
Radical Hysterectomy (wider excision)is done if malignancy is suspected
In our settings in such a case we do a frozen biopsy sampling at the time of surgery and accordingly proceed for surgery
