Hi my mother in law is 51 years old she is having seedling fibroids with irregular periods n heavy bleeding n doctor advised to do surgery but her HB percentage is 7 using zincofer along with pomogrante,dates, beetroot anjeera,etc...,heard dat dis surgery can be done manually n computerized also.which is best n low risk??how many days does the patient stay in hospital for both manual process n computerized??can she wait for some time till her blood gets fulfilled??? Does the patient can travel immediately after surgery??is a which means of transportation is gud? How many days does the patient take rest?can she wear saree after surgery??may I know the process of surgery??please doctor respond to my each n every question thanks in advance.

I have 2 and half months baby don't have sufficient milk getting 20 %remaining formula milk. I am having perinorm tablets now it's increased to 40% but if I stop having tablets it is reduced. Meanwhile I'm trying herbal products also its fenugreek capsules from one week didn't notice any change. Can you help me please to get sufficient milk for baby. I have thyroid and its Cesarean operation and delivered before 20 days and its IVF BABY
