My periods are due on 27th. I can see some spotting from yesterday but no periods. Also, I'm on aldactone since 3 March and Isotretinoin for past 10 days for my acne. My periods were fine last month. Can the spotting be due to the medicines?

A couple days after my missed period i took 12 cytotec pills. 4 ever 3 hours. I had severe cramping diarrhea and nausea and bleed heavily and passed sevaral clots. The next day the bleeding stopped and now I’m just having discharge. Was the pills effective?
