How long before you should notice a regular period again after taking plan b? Is it a month after taking it or 2? By your 3rd cycle of bleeding or what?

I have taken crina NCR 15 mg .. but period are still delayed..last on 10 Feb,what should I do to let period come ,I have to go temple tour next week

M having irregular periods problem so a gyanacologist suggested me to do scanning. In scanning report I got to know that m having Bilateral PCOD. It is also mentioned in the report that my both the ovaries are enlarged in size n shows multiple peripherally arranged subcentimeter cysts m 6 to 9mm each with central echogenic stroma. My right ovary measures: 28 x 20mm. And my left ovary measures: 29 x 21mm. What does this mean n do I have any problem n will it be a problem in future??

To remove rpoc my gynac gave me 3 tablets of misoprostol to take vaginally . But there is no heavy bleeding I can't see any clot too. Only spotting I can feel. She told me if it didn't work I have to go for d & c but I don't want to do it because my USG report says I have only endometrial thickeness 9.4mm and no fluid or mass seen. I checked online people don't go for d&c for such small case instead wait for it to get removed during next period which surely happens. Can I take misoprostol again?

Test report result Rebella IgG as 122.00 IU/mL. What does it mean ?? Is it ok we are planning for baby
