Hello I m angel I have been diagnosed today I got everything normal but my endrometrical echo is central and thickness is 9.5 mm is that s normal situation I can conceive in my comment years or not

Endometrial echo varies according to the day of your menstrual cycle. Normally in a natural cycle it can grow upto 14 to 15 mm and then after bleeding it goes back to 3 to 5 mm. So it's a non specific finding And is not the only criteria to decide probability of  pregnancy.
