I've always had regular periods. I found out I have pcos 3 months ago during scan for stomach issues but the doctor said it's barely anything, should be fine if I do some lifestyle changes. This month I got my period 2 days late but the bleeding is lesser than usual with heavy stomach cramps. Is it because of pcos?

Consultation required. 7 days prior or 7 days later is considered normal. If your periods are too painful then it needs treatment, it's not cause of pcod.
