Bleeding but not period blood
Sometimes when I'm too stressed, I start bleeding in between periods and still get periods. This blood is thin and not like period blood. Its very very heavy bleeding and lasts around 7-8 days.

Stress can sometimes affect hormones and contribute to irregular or breakthrough bleeding. but heavy bleeding lasting 7–8 days between periods is not considered normal and should not be attributed to stress alone. Other possible causes include hormonal imbalance, uterine fibroids, polyps, adenomyosis, thyroid disorders, PCOS, or, less commonly, pregnancy-related or cervical/endometrial conditions. A proper evaluation is needed. Consult gynea
