Its been a year and observed that my wife's cycle is delayed by 15 days and its irregular i have concerned whether this is normal or does she has any medical condition for such delays. Pleade advice.

I am 5'5" and weighs 45 kg..From Dec 2017 my period flow is very less rather it's more like spotting..Though my periods are on time always..So in jan 2018 I had my tests done, blood test, urine test, sugar, thyroid everything was fine..FSH was 4.32 and LH was 8.80 and also ultrasound showed multiple follicles..After taking M2 tone syrup for 3 months I again had my tests done on 2nd day of periods...Now my FSH is 6.8 and LH is 5.7 and ultrasound shows bilateral ovaries with multiple follicles arranged peripherally..Am I improving or not? Is this pcod? What medicines I am supposed to take? Is the coratia or myocin safe to use for this..Kindly guide
