Ovarian cyst
Hi doc , I have an ovarian cyst of 6.5 cm * 4.5 cm . Currently my CA125 level is 48 . My gynecologist gave me ovral ( I think it's a contraceptive pill ) . I am seeking a second opinion that really contraceptive pills cures ovarian cyst and I have to take that pill regularly for 21 days , is it good or I should opt for surgery  ?

Your cyst size is fairly big. Along with that CA 125 is also raised. With the pill it will not resolve completely.
Next Steps
You need to go for few other blood tests to rule out ovarian cancer. All depends on that only. Also you have not mentioned what kind of cyst it is. You will need more diagnostic tests before taking decision of surgery or continuation of pill.

Lot depends on what kind of cyst it is? If its endometriotic cyst thn its better u take oral contraceptive pills till its not causing any problem. Surgery you can go for later if it causes some serious problem or you are unable to conceive after marriage
