Hypoechoic cyst measuring 50*48*35 mm (volume 45 cc) containing a thin internal septation.cervix bulky in size showing few nabothian cysts.Is any problem will create at this size.

It's been 7 years with irregular periods. Initially 1.5 or 2 months delayed, now 4-5 months delayed. No other pcod symptom like weight gain, acne or unwanted hair growth. How can I make them regular with home remedies. Also, UTI since 3 months, drinking water keeps it in control. But missing water fora day is a painful experience. Suggest an antibiotic or diet to cure it. Thanks!

I came on my period nov 29 2017 finished in Dec then came on 1st Jan 2018 then finished round 9th Jan the came on on 29th Jan and finished on 3rd of Feb then came on 25th Feb finished in March couple days after then back on 26th March and came off i think April but haven't came on since I did a test and it was neg why does this keep happening and did I test to early should I see a doctor and would it be the next months period if I started at end of month and finished at the start of next month?

On 26th april and my periods ended today. Today is 4th may I want to prepone my periods for next cycle and want it over till 23rd . Please suggest something. It's very needed.
