Having periods after delivery
After 2 months of my delivery I have started bleeding again. Till a month post delivery I was having periods and then it stopped. Again it has started since yesterday. Is it normal? Or it's still d remaining blood coming out? I'm practising yoga too. So should I continue or wait for 2 more days as my periods last 4 days only. Kindly suggest!
