Pregnancy and Infertility

I have severe pain during periods I suffer continuously 2 days and at night also I am suffering from pain.

My LMP was 11/3/2018 and after 2 months and 8 days Dr says my baby's cardiac activity is absent so he suggested us for kiryatan . On 18 th may 2018 kiryatan was done .after 6 days Dr said you go for torch test ,anticardiolipin antibody ,antiphospholipids antibody,s folic acid,homocystine level test . I had completed all test and my test results was homocystine level 27micromol/L,toxo igG-0iu/ml ,Toxo igM- 0.07 index,C.M.V IgG- 185.5 AU/ml,C.M.V igM--0.16 index,rubella igG -148.3IU/ml,rubella igM

I got the nexaplon implant in my arm last April and afterwards, I experienced constant bleeding. My doctor told me to continue taking the contraceptive pill I was on (rigevidon) until my periods evened out. I did that and after my last period in February, I stopped taking the pill. Ever since February, I have experienced constant bleeding, sometimes heavier and more like a period. I don't want to go back on the pill as that was the whole reason I got the implant in the first place.

I need a medical certificate asking me to rest for two months.(by a Gynaecologist)

Can ipill stops ovulation process in that month if taken before ovulation... and if talen 7 th day of period

For how many days does implantation bleeding last??? Can sm1 help me with this? And how do you know if it is lighter periods???
