Pregnancy and Infertility

A little red has been shown but bleeding is not there what can I do to get bleeding. I don't know whether I got period or not

I took ipill twice in a month.. after 16 days...the 1st i pill lead to the withdrawal bleeding on 5th june and i took this ipill on 16th june . So will be infertile after this ?and what are the chances of getting cancer ? And what are the other side effects that i will face ?

I am 35 years old and trying to conceive. Last month I couldn't conceive due to small follicle size even wid dose of 300 mg menotas IUI in agregate. So for this cycle my doctor prescribed me progesterone sustained release tablets and still my periods are scanty and abnormal. I m worried. Could I conceive in this cycle.i m Desperate to conceive.
