Enoxaparin also called low molecular wt heparin is a blood thinner used in pregnancy in low dose in patients at risk of pregnancy loss or history of recurrent pregnancy loss or risk of vascular thrombosis or patient with previous pregnancy with severe pregnancy induced hypertension with risk persisting in current pregnancy also.R repeated injections may cause bruising and itching at injection which disappear after discontinuation.c an change injection site like anterior aspect of thigh or tummy.apply ice after injection
