No its not possible to get pregnant like that.
Ejaculation has to occur and in vagina for you to get pregnant.
Although rarely pregnancy hv been reported by ejaculation on the perineum too.

Yes possibility is there because prejaculate fluid also contains sperms and getting pregnant.Second think also depends on the day if near ovulation more chances.
