Pregnancy and Infertility

I’ve been having more painful periods. Last month I was in so much pain that I drove hunched over squeezing the steering wheel. I immediately stripped down and got in the fetal position with a heating pad. I’ve been experiencing stabbing pain in my ovaries even when I’m not menstrating. It doesn’t last as long as when I do have my period but it’s painful enough to where I stop what I’m doing to catch my breath. When should I start to worry?

T3-0.95. T4-6.47. TSH-7.54. Age-21 yrs/ F. Weight-57 kg. H/O- irregular mens. Is it hypothyroidism? What will be the dosage of eltroxin? pLs advise me

So last month i was meant to be on my period on the 10th may But i was late took a neg test after 4 days late I've never had any problems with my periods i came on 26th Normal they last for 3/4 days tops and medium flow This period was very light and lasted 6 days very bad cramps And now for the last week and a half I've been getting period cramps i am over weight have been basically all my life but my periods have ways been on time.

However it's the third day and I've not got my period but have all the symptoms. When should I expect it to come?
