I have partial blockage in fallopian tube and l have taken injections for that. And taken course for three months .

I have pills and from yesterday bleeding is heavy and pain is non bearable. I tried water tub but still continue.

I will be living in the same place as my boyfriends from end of July and see each other everyday. I wanted to start saheli after this months period but couldnt. Can I start now and still be protected ? Or do I have to take mala D? When can i only rely on saheli since mala D gives me headache and i gain weight?
