Pregnancy and Infertility

I had my thyroid check up 1st day night it was 8.4 n then next day empty stomach TSH was 3.85.. my T3 n t4 were normal .. now I changed lab n had test again now my thyroid profile is Free T4- 1.13ng/dl Free T3- 3.54pg/ml TSH - 4.83 mu IU/ml Please suggest if I have thyroid or not? Should i take medication? Will there be problem for my baby development? Please suggest

I had late period last month n then when it came it lasted for 20 days ..then doc told me to have deviry for 21...now it's been 5 days I have finish course... got lil spotting yesterday n then it stopped.
