I didnt get periods even after 39 days...both urine n bhcg test are negative...last lmp was 15th May...took meprate 10 mg from 14-18th June...this is the first time periods are delayed...coz my cycle is generally 25 days...gynaec advised delay is due to hormonal imbalance due to ipill....i had brown discharge on 13th june which lasted for 4-5 hours only.....how long should i wait?? what chances of blood test being negative??? m very tensed n stressed about this delay...

I've been having my period for more than a month now. The bleeding is not heavy and I'm not experiencing any pain. I had ultrasound and the result is ok everything is normal. I took tranexamic acid for 4 days but the bleeding just lessened it did not stop. What can cause this? Is this just hormonal imbalance or can it be something else?
