I am having irregular periods from past 2 months and this month I didn't get periods, delayed 20 days. I am having headache also in my head and gaining weight also.

Causes of irregular periods can be many including pregnancy ,medications, stress thyroid disorders ,hormonal imbalance Polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian cyst et cetera
