Any dr please advise me
I did intercourse on 15 and 16 sep and I got my period on 28 september till the last date I don't remember and after this I didn't do any intercourse.Today is nov 2 I didn't get my period yet for this oct month
I'm very stressed out
Around oct 23 to 28 I was getting white discharge and lots of signs of period but I didn't get it
It's due to travelling as I did in 27 to 28 and also different environments
Your menstrual cycle can sometimes get delayed due to stress, travelling, changes in routine, sleep disturbances or hormonal fluctuations. White discharge and premenstrual symptoms may occur before periods, but they do not confirm that menstruation will start immediately.
Since you had intercourse in September, if it was unprotected, kindly do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, even though you had a period subsequently. If the test is negative, wait for a few days as periods may occur spontaneously.
Don't panic. A short delay in menstruation is quite common and is not necessarily a cause for concern.
Health Tips
If your periods do not start within 1–2 weeks, consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation. Avoid taking hormonal tablets to induce periods without medical advice.
If you were not sexually active last month and your period is delayed then the reason can be hormone imbalance.
Take medicine to get your period.
Get ultrasound scan and blood test to know the reason for delayed period
Get a urine pregnancy test
Delayed menses can be a physiological normal delay due to change in environment, stress levels, diet, weight gain/ loss
If period s don't come in another 7 days and upt is negative, see your gynecologist
A period delayed by travel and stress alone, especially with no intercourse since late September, is common and usually not from pregnancy. Travel, disrupted sleep and anxiety can delay ovulation itself, which pushes your whole cycle later. The white discharge around 23 to 28 October sounds like your body gearing up for a period that just didn't arrive yet.
Next Steps
Take a home pregnancy test now, since any missed period is worth ruling that out first. If it comes back negative and your period still hasn't started in another week, please see a gynaecologist with your cycle dates so the delay can be looked into properly.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you get pelvic pain, fever or heavy bleeding.
