A course like that is meant to trigger a withdrawal bleed once you stop taking it, and that usually starts within about a week of the last dose. Feeling your usual premenstrual symptoms without the bleeding actually starting can happen if your hormone levels haven't dropped enough yet, or if that cycle was anovulatory to begin with.
Next Steps
Take a home pregnancy test now, since a period that doesn't show up after this kind of medicine is also worth checking that way. If you still haven't bled by 10 to 14 days after your last dose, see your gynaecologist for a review and possibly a scan.
Health Tips
Go in sooner if you get heavy pain, fever, or your periods still haven't started after two full weeks.
