Pain in stomach
My wife has been having stomach pain and fever for the last 6 days. We consulted with a doctor and prescribed Metronidazole 400mg, PCM 500mg and dicyclomine 20mg. She took 3 doses. I have attached color Doppler report at 31 weeks. Baby weight is 1818 g. Placenta maturity is grase 3. There is evidence of diastolic notch with 2.0 PI value in right uterine. Is this indication of IUR? Do i need to deliver baby at 37 weeks?
