Hi I had check curette done...how many days after tat procedure I can start to claim stairs n can lift my three year old weighing around 13 kgs

Hi , I had miscarriage 6 months back and not able conceive now. Tried 3 natural and 1 IUI cycle but it failed. Last time I conceived in 2nd IUI cycle. Dr suggested diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. I don't want go for IVF. Please refer to attached report of surgery and please let me know if I can conceive without IVF or not... All other hormonal reports are normal.

Can some one tell me how can I treat this . Any food habits needs to be change and regarding medication.

How long to avoid oily spicy food post c section delivery .... can I start after 40 days ...........

I hav ovulated on letrozole 2.5 mg with egg size ruptured 28mm, iui done but cycle failed. Next round of letrozole 2.5mg is good or 5mg iz good for me.? What is the difference between 2.5mg and 5mg doses???

I had  bleeding  which filled 3  regular sized  pads, so that is  period or  implantation  bleeding?

Is it normal if my periods last only for 2 days and stop at 3rd day and again on 4th day i bleed some more
