My reports show that the tsh level is 4.250 and prolactin level is 35 .......is it dangerous???what can be done

My period was always regular but I got my last period on 20 Nov after that I found light bleeding on 29 Dec and dark red less discharge for 1 day and dark red spotting on 4 Jan and 5 jan was there and this month its already 29 January and not got my periods. What to do? Is it serious please suggest some medication
