Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 26, unmarried.Last month my periods lasted for 2 days only. This month also the flow is less. My periods have been very regular and normal till now. But from last 2 months the flow is less. I m not on any medication.

I had a period from May 22nd of this year until July 6th of this year nonstop but then it stopped and it came back about 2 days ago and for about a day ive been having blood clots just a little larger than a golf ball and some stomach issues feeling like a stabbing and also nauseated feeling. I was curious to know if this was something i should be concerned about or not?

I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago my doctor now has me on Metformin, Spironolactone, Wellbutrin, Lisinopril, and 50, 000iu a vitamin D once a week. In May I had my firs period in two years. I spotted for the first two days and had a regular flow for 6 days. In June I spotted for 2 days, it was the brown colored blood. This past week on Wednesday I spotted lightly the brown colored blood. Then on Thursday I spotted and passed a clot and Friday I spotted lightly also. Should I contact my Dr?

I had an abortion 3 months back but my periods are not regular. Sometimes they are twice in month and the blood flow is vv less and its somewhat blackish in color. Can you please tell me is it normal or do i need to worry about it? Also i had rubella ig g positive
