Heavy bleeding on my menstrual cycle I have done used 4 heavy size pads in 2 hours . My cramps are horrible they are to the point I can’t move . What should I do? Should I go to the er? What are my options?

Hi ...I m simian...I had my C- sec...in Feb...at that time I was ok with no problems...but now I m suffering from back pain from last approx 10days before getting out of d bed.in d morning...as I get involved in work ...then it's ok...after that as I sits and gets up then same problem...can't bend...for long...as I checked my vit B12 and vit D.
