Is there any chance of spotting by using dulcoflex tablet how long it will happen ?Is its a problem?

Hello my name is Kiana So I hadn’t period on June 6th and it lasted till about the 10th, I have normal periods for the most part and they are usually 4-5 days. About a week later on the following Tuesday I started spotting lightly it was here and there, this lasted for about a week or so then I started spotting heavier for about 2 days and had some clots a few large. After that I was spotting again for 3-4 days more then it stopped now I am about a week late for my period. Negative preg test
