Pain during menstruation

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is having lower abdominal pain since yesterday and her menstruation started last night. Pain still persists even after having the painkiller tablet. This is the first time she is suffering such pain during these days. Not able to locate docs to consult on this as it's Sunday today. If someone can suggest some Painkiller tablets or something to get relief till tomorrow morning.

I think your wife is having some either vaginal or Urinary tract infection.Now give to her Meftal spas and not getting relief injection she can use .Get done ultrasonography to know the pathology of uterus.
