Hi. I am going to extreme stress because of all the possible Google Answers. Looking for some serious answers here to relieve me. So, I got my period on 27th August, 2018. And today, that is, 13th of September I think in having my period. My early period was relatively short. It lasted only for 2 days, though my normal cycle lasts for 4days. Now, I decided to loose some weight and started heavy workout from total non workout zone from 2nd Sept. Today I got my periods. Bt its black. please help

I've not had my periods since the last three months. This is the first time in all 7 years of having periods that such a thing is happening to me. I've been under excessive stress in the past few months. My diet has also been heavily irregular.

I have taken abdomen and pelvis scanning 9months ago,now I'm getting dull light stomach pain.., do hernia, comes so soon!!!!...or any other problem can occur

Means i have to take the tablet 3 days before from the date of expected period and are their any side effects.
