Pregnancy and Infertility

It's been 10 days my periods are not stopping, I had regular 5 days periods,from past 4 months it's extended for 10days, I have a cyst in left ovary, why my periods is not stopping? Please help

Period happen on yesterday night at 10.30pm and that also slight reddish. Full flow started from today morning at 5am. Which will be my 2nd day of period today or tommorrow?????? because doctor prescribed me to take medicine at 2nd day of period.

If conceived naturally, wat about the cysts wich exists now?
