Breast pain frm 1 month due to minoxidil

Hello doc My gf having hairfall problem from last 4months so she visited doc and doc prescribed minoxidil 5% last month...now its almost one month she is using minoxidile nd regularly complaining about breast pain. Is it due to this as she is not having any mensuration now and also not having any std plz suggest
