Why does nipples sore when touched
I am a 34 year married girl. I do not have kids yet. But my problem is that 10 days before and 5 days after my periods I have very painful nipples. Slightest touch makes me scream. What can be the cause of these sore nipples? I have done my scan and it is very normal.

Hi...I had my period on 18th Aug but after 10 days I.e 28th Aug , I again started having spotting which continued for 10 days...then stopped.
