Because of a lump in my breast, doctor has advised me for a breast ultrasound. What happens during breast ultrasound? Do you have to take your clothes out?

Hi from past 2-3 months i am having irregular periods. Especially from September . Period ended on 1st week of September theb again i got my menses on 23rd oct and it was for 7 days. Then again i got my menses on 13th October Please advise?

I took miferistone on 11th oct after 1 day on 13th oct in the interval of 12hrs i took 2 tablet of misoprostol still 2 are left which i am prescribed to take at 9am and 9 pm. I am having Brown discharge after taking misoprostol no bleeding.. Is it normal..??  still i have 2 more misoprostol tablets after that it may start bleeding.

Hi i had taken Regestrone 5mg since 4th October to 12th October twice daily to delay my periods (My period start date was 9th October). On 13th October morning i experienced 1-2 drops of blood in the morning but after 2 hrs i did not start period. Today on 14th october early morning i got little bleeding and very very bad cramping but after 3-4 hrs it was fine and no bleeding. I also felt like i had to pee or the blood has to come out but somehow it was not coming. Should i wait 1-2 days to get my period normally or is this abnormal?

White, flaky skin around pubic area. There is no it ching but skin seems rough. It developed towards the end of menstrual cycle

Mother is diagnosed with fibroids for operation of hysterectomy is advised. A doctor also give indication of endometrial hyperplasia as per symptoms. My question is could we directly go for hysterectomy considering hyperplasia without any pre biopsy. Is it safe
